Hosted exchange account creation (Scheduled)

    We currently have reported issues where mailboxes cannot be created or edited on our hosted exchange environment.

    The issue has been tracked down to a public folder that contains the master hierarchical information.

     

    CAUSE:

    The reason this behind the cause of the issue is being investigated.

     

    RESOLUTION:

    The master hierarchical public folder needs to be re-created populated. All secondary public folders needs to be removed and re-created after the master public folder has been initialized. This has to be done after hours to ensure everything is created and working properly and to resolve any other issues that could potentially arise as result of the fix.

     

    SYSTEMS AFFECTED:

    At present only hostexch03.resolvecloud.co.za is affected, however testing will be done to determine if any other systems are affected.
